Vibration Analysis Level 2 Exam
Test what you have learned across the sections of the Vibration Analysis Level 2 course. This exam covers the full syllabus: signal processing and the settings behind every measurement, resolution and averaging, time waveform analysis alongside the spectrum, phase measurement, and the diagnosis of the faults that account for most machinery problems.
The questions focus on judgement rather than memorisation. Rather than asking you to recall a fault frequency, they place you in decisions an analyst actually faces: whether a peak at running speed points to imbalance or something else, what resolution a bearing fault needs to become visible, and when the time waveform tells you something the spectrum hides.
Take the exam once you have completed all lessons. If a question gives you trouble, the section it comes from is worth revisiting, since misreading a spectrum leads to the wrong repair, and the wrong repair costs more than the analysis ever saved.
